Southwest Area Council Hosts All About Clay Lunch & Tradeshow August 27

Join NEFAR’s Southwest Area Council for an afternoon of networking, learning and community engagement at the All About Clay Lunch & Tradeshow on Thursday, August 27, from 11:30 am to 2 pm at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orange Park.

This exciting event will bring together real estate professionals, local leaders and industry partners for meaningful conversations about the issues shaping Clay County and the real estate industry. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from three distinguished guest speakers, each offering valuable insights from their area of expertise.

Featured speakers include Chris Chambless, Clay County Supervisor of Elections; Michelle Cook, Clay County Sheriff; and John Sgromolo, Clay County District 1 Commissioner. Following each presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a brief Q&A session, creating an engaging forum for discussion and questions.

The event will begin with a 30-minute tradeshow from 11:30 am to noon, providing attendees with the opportunity to connect with industry vendors, explore products and services, and network with fellow professionals before the presentations begin.

In addition to an informative program, attendees will enjoy lunch, networking opportunities and exciting prize giveaways throughout the event.

Registration is $20 per person, and attendance is limited to 80 participants. Registration closes on Monday, Aug. 24, so reserve your seat early.
