The State of Florida prohibits sign easements and right ways on state roads. (ex. Blanding Blvd., State Road 21, Beach Boulevard, State Road 90). Each county and municipality has their own sign laws. In addition, many homeowners associations and gated communities have restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are using the correct size, height, etc. sign and that you place the sign in an authorized location. You are also responsible for removing your signs. If you are in violation of the code in any area, you may be subject to fines initiated by the local code enforcement/authority. For purposes of this information, # Signs Allowed means For Sale or Lease signs.
