GRI Series

Designation

Excellence In Professionalism

Bring your real estate education to the graduate level by earning the GRI designation through registering for all three levels of the GRI program. GRI is the most comprehensive program offered to REALTORS®, as it provides a broader scope and depth of training. Earning the GRI designation is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth market knowledge and increased proficiency in a broad number of subjects, both fundamental and technical. The GRI designation demonstrates to both consumers and your peers that you have the know-how needed to be successful in today’s fast-changing marketplace.

GRI courses may be taken for post-licensing or for continuing education credit. To earn the GRI designation, you must complete all three series (GRI 100, 200, and 300) within five years of the date you begin. Completing and passing the exams in the GRI 100 series satisfies the 45-hour salesperson post-licensing CE requirement for real estate license renewal in Florida. Each GRI module is a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam held on the second day. Students must attend both days in their entirety and pass the exam to earn GRI and CE credit.

Completing and passing the exams for the GRI 200 and 300 series satisfies the 60-hour Broker Post-licensing CE requirement.
