NEFAR is very proud to congratulate the 42 REALTORS® who earned the Gold Key – Excellence in Professionalism certification this September! This class of certified professionals is the 14th group to achieve this prestigious accomplishment since the beginning of the program at NEFAR since 2021.
Led by Kim Knapp, the eight-hour course was held at the NEFAR Resource Center, covering essential “keys” to real estate success. The detailed material covered provides participants with essential knowledge to establish successful businesses in today’s competitive landscape.
The Gold Key certification marks a large step toward qualifying for the EDGE™ Professional Society. EDGE™ membership is awarded to real estate professionals who display a commitment to practicing ethically and adapting to flourish in an industry that is diverse and forward-thinking.
EDGE™ stands for Ethics, Diversity, Goals, and Excellence. The exclusive society was created for NEFAR REALTORS® who have completed six key qualifications: the Gold Key certification, C2EX endorsement, At Home With Diversity certification, Implicit Bias Training, the Code of Ethics or Business Ethics course, and the Fair Haven fair-housing simulation.
