The event will be held at World Golf Village Renaissance St. Augustine Resort, and will go from 8:30am-4pm. Keynote speaker Jared James will kick off the day with an opening speech. Facilitators for the event include CEO of Touchstone Real Estate Group, Inc., Addie Owens, REALTOR and Speaker from Shine On Speaks, Heather Haase, Author and CEO of World Renowned Coaching & Consulting Neal Oates Jr., among several others from across the country. The conference (pronounced R – E – Bar Camp, not “rebar camp”) is unique from others in that it does not include selling, recruiting, or competing. It is a safe space for agents to suggest the topics to be discussed, ask as many questions as they would like, and share their own insights. There are very few formal presentations and speeches at this event. Instead, everyone is able to contribute, receive advice and share their own knowledge and experiences. The point of the REBarCamp One Coast is to “create a collaborative, welcoming environment where people are encouraged to share their thoughts, concerns, best practices, tips and knowledge to help everyone be better agents,” according to the program’s website.
Tickets for REBarCamp will be available for purchase at $39 and include admission to the event as well as a box lunch. It is highly recommended to mark your calendar for the ticket release on December 1st at 9:00am if you plan on attending. Tickets for this event are known to sell out in the first day of sales. There will be a waitlist once tickets are no longer available.
