April highlights the continued effort to ensure Americans can “rent, buy and live in housing free from discrimination,” while raising awareness of housing rights and fair housing enforcement, says Florida REALTORS.
While the law established critical protections decades ago, REALTORS remain on the front lines of ensuring fair housing practices are upheld in every transaction. REALTORS are often leaders in their communities and can play a role in advancing housing equity.
