Changes to realMLS Listing Options
realMLS has implemented important enhancements to Listing Options, providing greater flexibility for sellers while maintaining clear guidelines and consistent data practices across the marketplace.
The enhanced Coming Soon status is now live. Coming Soon listings are now eligible for syndication to public-facing listing search sites, IDX data feeds to broker and agent websites, and Flexmls Email Subscriptions. Agents can also make price changes while a listing is in Coming Soon status, and the system automatically includes “Coming Soon – No Showings” in the Public Remarks section.
A future phase will introduce Office Exclusive Listings, providing sellers with an additional marketing option while remaining compliant with the Clear Cooperation Policy. Office Exclusive Listings will be visible only to the listing brokerage and realMLS staff and will not be distributed through IDX, syndication, or Flexmls Email Subscription feeds.
These enhancements expand the listing options available through realMLS, helping agents better align marketing strategies with seller preferences while supporting a transparent, cooperative, and data-driven marketplace.

Annual MLS Fees – Past Due
Annual realMLS fees were posted to individual MLS accounts in May 2026, with payment originally due by June 30, 2026. If you have not yet reviewed your account, please do so as soon as possible to ensure your account is up to date.
Accounts with outstanding balances are now subject to a $50 late fee. To avoid any disruption to your realMLS services, prompt payment is required.
To pay your fees, visit realMLS.com, click My realMLS Account at the top of the page, log in using your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security number, select View and Pay, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
