JACKSONVILLE, Fla., April 1 – The Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® (NEFAR) has made a donation of $250,000 to the National Association of REALTORS® REALTORS Relief Foundation (RRF). The RRF was created within hours of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, and efforts have been assisting communities impacted by disasters since. 2026 marks 25 years that the RRF has been contributing to these causes, ensuring 100% of contributions provide support to those in need.
NEFAR continues to lead the way and set an example for other associations by having donated hundreds of thousands of dollars between the RRF and the Florida Realtors Disaster Relief Fund over the course of several years.
NEFAR’s impact is not only seen at the national and state levels. Through the efforts of the NEFAR Charitable Foundation, NEFAR REALTORS® provide collective and individual good works throughout the region by raising funds and doing volunteer work for local nonprofits and fellow REALTORS® in times of need. Between donations from NEFAR and the Charitable Foundation, the impact of the association is seen throughout Northeast Florida, statewide, and across the country.
