NEFAR’s Broker Engagement Task Force will launch its Build a Better Brokerage four-part series on March 27 from 8:30–11:30 a.m. at NEFAR Headquarters in Jacksonville. The first session, “Stop Chasing Agents – Recruit the One Built to Lead,” is designed exclusively for NEFAR brokers and office managers.
Participants will engage in interactive workshops and roundtable discussions focused on recruiting strategies, leadership development, and building stronger brokerages. The first 100 registrants will receive a complimentary Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment, which will be used throughout the series to help brokers better understand and leverage their leadership strengths.
Breakfast will be included as attendees collaborate and gain valuable insights to build a better brokerage.
