2025–2026 Annual MLS Fees
The 2025–2026 realMLS annual MLS fees were due on June 30. If you haven’t paid yet, take action now to avoid additional charges. A $50 late fee will apply to any unpaid accounts after July 15. If payment is not received by July 31, your account will be suspended and will require a $100 reinstatement fee in addition to the $50 late fee. To make a payment, log in to your realMLS Dashboard, click “My realMLS Account,” then select “View and Pay.”
