realMLS continues to lead the way in data sharing across Florida, bringing our customers access to MLS data from four additional MLSs. On the realMLS Dashboard, tools like RPR and MLSAdvantage allow customers to search listings right here in our marketplace that were entered into other Florida MLSs with whom we don’t yet have a formal data share. Understanding the distinction between flood zones and floodplains is crucial for property owners, as it affects risk assessment and insurance needs. In accordance with our Data Integrity Policy, publishing a lockbox or alarm code within a listing or related document is considered a Major Violation and will result in an immediate fine. If your listing requires a security code, please share it securely through ShowingTime or request that agents contact you directly for the information to ensure everyone remains safe and compliant with realMLS policies.
