Ready to take your leadership to the next level? NEFAR has extended the deadline to apply for the 2026 Leadership Academy to October 31st!

This year-long program is your opportunity to grow personally and professionally through hands-on learning, teamwork, and education. Designed for REALTORS® who are ready to step up, the Leadership Academy strengthens essential leadership skills, expands professional networks, and offers valuable insight into how NEFAR operates, all while preparing you to make a lasting impact in your business and community.

Participants will engage in workshops on personality traits, communication, team building, goal setting, and networking, as well as attend NEFAR Budget & Finance and Board of Directors meetings for a behind-the-scenes look at association leadership.

Who Should Apply:
Ideal candidates have served on a committee with NEFAR, Florida Realtors®, or the National Association of REALTORS®. The class size is limited to 15–20 participants, ensuring a personalized, high-impact experience.

Program Details:

  • Duration: January–November 2026
  • Cost: $99 (covers NEFAR training sessions and lunches)
  • Additional Expenses: Travel and registration for FR or NAR meetings (if applicable)

Submit your application, including essay responses, a resume, headshot, and a letter of recommendation from your broker, to LA@nefar.com by October 31st.
