The Property Management Council’s Scavenger Hunt Combines Hands-On Learning and Networking

Property Management Scavenger Hunt

The Property Management Council invites members to take part in an interactive and educational Scavenger Hunt on June 4 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

This unique hands-on experience is designed specifically for property managers and real estate professionals who want to strengthen their understanding of how homes function and how preventative maintenance protects long-term property value. Participants will explore key home systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural components while learning to identify common issues before they become costly repairs.

Blending practical education with teamwork and problem-solving, the PMC Scavenger Hunt offers attendees the opportunity to sharpen their property management knowledge in a fun and engaging environment. Whether you are new to the industry or an experienced professional, this event will provide valuable real-world insight while encouraging collaboration and networking among peers.

Attendees can also enjoy food, drinks, and raffles included with registration.

The cost to attend is $5 and the event is open to NEFAR members.
