The Florida Realtors® Leadership Academy is an intensive, year-long program designed to develop emerging leaders by equipping them with the tools to get involved, make an impact, grow their businesses and strengthen their leadership abilities. Throughout the program, participants engage in a combination of classroom learning, independent study and group sessions. Coursework includes team-building exercises, goal setting, networking strategies and communication development.
