Twenty-seven members of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS (NEFAR) successfully completed the Gold Key Certification course on March 4, 2026. The course was taught by 2026 NEFAR President Kim Knapp, who guided participants through key principles that reinforce professionalism, ethical practices, and excellence in serving clients throughout Northeast Florida’s real estate market.
The Gold Key Certification program is designed to provide REALTORS with a strong foundation in industry standards, professional conduct, and best practices. Completing the course represents a commitment to upholding the high standards expected of NEFAR members while continuing to grow as trusted advisors for buyers and sellers.
