Don’t Miss the Southwest Council Breakfast & Tradeshow

The Southwest Council will host its Breakfast & Tradeshow on March 26 from 8:00–10:30 a.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott in Orange Park. This event brings together REALTORS®, community leaders, and industry partners for networking, market insights, and local updates.

This year’s program, “Building, Economic$ and School Insights,” will feature presentations from Clay County Superintendent David Broskie, Economic Development Director Crawford Powell, and Jessie Spradley with NEFBA. Each speaker will share key data and highlights impacting development, the local economy, and education in Clay County, followed by a Q&A session.

Attendees will enjoy breakfast, connect with colleagues, and explore the tradeshow featuring 2026 Southwest Council Annual Sponsors. Registration is $15 and space is limited to 80 attendees.
