The Historic Area Council invites you to an in-depth Lunch and Learn focused on the unique opportunities and challenges of listing and selling historic homes in Jacksonville. This engaging session will feature a Q&A panel of industry experts covering key topics such as inspections, renovations, financing, preservation requirements, and successful sales strategies for historic properties.

The event will take place on February 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Spruce Cafe. Designed for real estate professionals who work with or want to expand into historic properties, this discussion will address common pitfalls, preservation considerations, and practical approaches to navigating transactions with confidence. Attendance is limited to 50 participants, the cost is $5, and registration closes on February 12, 2026.
