NEFAR Members Pack 73,000+ Meals at the 2025 Hunger Fight Pack-a-Thon

Hunger Fight 2025

Hundreds of NEFAR Members came together on December 5, to support the NEFAR Charitable Foundation’s annual Hunger Fight Pack-a-Thon. This year’s event was hosted at Hunger Fight’s new downtown warehouse, its first time taking place in the organization’s recently opened facility.

Throughout the day, NEFAR members packed more than 73,000 nutritious meals that will be distributed to children, seniors, and families throughout Northeast Florida. The collaborative effort reflects the association’s continued commitment to addressing food insecurity and supporting the well-being of local communities.

The Pack-a-Thon remains one of NEFAR’s most impactful volunteer initiatives, offering members a hands-on opportunity to give back during the holiday season. Their efforts directly support Hunger Fight’s mission to reduce hunger and improve literacy through meal distribution and educational resources across the region.

This year’s event continues NEFAR’s longstanding partnership with Hunger Fight, strengthening a shared dedication to meeting community needs and helping ensure that vulnerable households have reliable access to nutritious food.
