Technology & Data
December Vendor Spotlight: Tuesday For December, realMLS is spotlighting Tuesday, our brand-new mobile app that delivers a fresh, modern way to stay connected to your market. Tuesday transforms your MLS into a scrollable, Instagram-style feed—making it simple to follow listings, neighborhoods, offices, and fellow agents in a clean, social-style format. Built for speed and ease of use, Tuesday gives you a personalized, real-time view of the market activity that matters most to you.
Inspired by traditional Tuesday morning broker meetings, the app brings that same collaborative energy directly to your phone. Follow cities, ZIP codes, offices, and other agents; like and comment on updates; and stay instantly informed with continuously updated MLS data. Tuesday doesn’t replace your MLS—it enhances it with quick, mobile-friendly engagement designed for your everyday workflow.
Join us for the official Tuesday Launch Event on December 9 at 10:00 AM for a first look at how the app works and how it can elevate your business. Stay tuned for download details and be among the first to experience Tuesday in action. Register at realMLS.com/events.
Healthy Marketplace
NAR MLS Policy Changes Effective January 1, 2026 At the 2025 NAR NXT Governance Meetings, NAR approved updates to 18 MLS Policy Statements aimed at modernizing long-standing rules. One of the most notable revisions involves the “Association Membership as a Prerequisite to MLS Participation” policy.
realMLS has long been ahead of the curve, offering MLS access to those who choose not to be REALTORS® since the early 1990s. At the same time, there are important benefits to being a REALTOR® member of NEFAR, Florida Realtors, and NAR—including Supra lockbox access, FormSimplicity, and RPR.
Many of the updated NAR policies align closely with practices realMLS customers already experience, including independent MLS leadership, universal onboarding requirements, broad IDX access, and a proven data integrity program built specifically for our marketplace.

Housekeeping
Tip: Run Check It on Every New Listing Use Check It on every new listing to ensure it’s clean, compliant, and ready for market. Located on the “Change Listing” screen, this tool scans remarks, directions, and media links for potential violations—including contact information, lockbox codes, and compensation-related terms. Because Check It uses the same system as our Data Integrity team, it’s the most reliable way to catch and resolve issues before your listing goes live.
NEFAR Dues vs. MLS Fees: What to Know NEFAR REALTOR® dues post on December 1. Please remember that these annual REALTOR® dues (NEFAR, Florida Realtors, and NAR) are separate from your realMLS fees, which are billed in the summer. Keeping these timelines in mind helps avoid confusion as we move into the new year.
