JACKSONVILLE, Fla., January 27, 2025 – The Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® celebrated its Leadership Academy graduates during its 2024 Awards and Installation Gala January 24 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel.
During the graduation ceremony, 2024 President Rory Dubin presented each of the 18 Leadership Academy candidates with a diploma and a special pin.
NEFAR’s Leadership Academy is a rigorous, yearlong program that is designed to train emerging leaders in how to become more involved in NEFAR activities. Through the program, candidates will learn to grow their businesses, expand their leadership skills, develop a sense of camaraderie with their peers, and make a difference within the extended real estate community.

The Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR,) serves as the voice of real estate in Northeast Florida.
