Sponsors needed for NEFAR’s Clean-up Florida Waterways event

2024 Clean Up Northeast Florida Waters Event

Sponsors are needed to support NEFAR’s 4th Annual Clean-up Florida Waterways event on Saturday, July 27.

Sponsors at the $2,000 level will receive recognition on 400 event T-shirts, press releases, and in all advertising of the event. These event sponsors will be recognized at the waterway afterparty and will have access to the clean-up aboard a pontoon boat that will carry eight as well as refreshments to and from the Lions Club Boat Ramp in Arlington and the clean-up site along the St. Johns River.

Clean-up site sponsors at the $400 level will have the opportunity to set up a tent at one of the many sites (still to be determined) in Clay, Duval, or St. Johns Counties during the event, where they will provide refreshments and marketing items for the volunteers. They are also invited to attend the Afterparty at the NEFAR Resource Center after the event.

At both the $2,000 and $400 sponsorship levels, a $25 gift card will be purchased and given out at the afterparty.

The clean-up is one facet of a month-long, state-wide waterway clean-up project initiated by Florida Realtors®. The clean-up, which has grown substantially since it started three years ago, is organized by NEFAR’s Community Affairs Task Force. Members of the Northeast Florida real estate community as well as the public are invited to join in. T-shirts, gloves, and trash grabbers will be provided to volunteers.

For up-to-date information on what clean-up sites are available and/or still need sponsors please message Marcia Hodgson at MHodgson@nefar.com.
