NEFAR’s Beaches Council welcomes you to its home on NEFAR.com! The Beaches Council is one of eight area councils headed by NEFAR members that plan social events, such as mixers and educational luncheons, within its specific area of Northeast Florida. Councils also work to support association programs and hold REALTOR® Party fundraisers. Occasionally, NEFAR area councils will conduct MLS property caravans and Tours of Homes.
On this page, you will find detailed information about upcoming Beaches Council events or be able to read a recap of a Beaches Council event that you might have missed. In this space, you may also view photos of the council’s latest event or mixer and find contact information for the group’s leadership and staff liaison. And, when and if the occasion arises, this would be the place to find important information or messages from the Beaches Council chairman.
