Learn About Probate Challenges at the Ponte Vedra Breakfast on June 3

PV Council

The Ponte Vedra Council invites NEFAR members to an informative breakfast event on June 3 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., featuring an educational session focused on probate and inherited property issues in real estate transactions.

Florida probate attorney Al Nicoletti will guide attendees through the top 15 probate issues REALTORS® commonly face in Florida real estate transactions. From authority concerns and missing heirs to title defects, reverse mortgages, family disputes, and delayed closings, this session will provide valuable insight into legal and title challenges that can impact transactions and create unexpected complications.

Designed to help real estate professionals better navigate inherited property situations, this breakfast program offers practical knowledge that can help protect transactions and better serve clients dealing with probate-related matters.

Join fellow members for a morning of networking, education, and industry insight while gaining a stronger understanding of one of the more complex areas of Florida real estate.

The cost to attend is $20 per person and the event is open exclusively to NEFAR members.
