NEFAR’s first pickleball tournament hosted by its Commercial Alliance of REALTORS, Beaches Council, and Ponte Vedra Council. The action took place March 7 at The Yards in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The 14-team single elimination tournament featured 28 NEFAR members. DelaCruz and Le won the tourney and its $300 cash prize by defeating Vladut Bujoreanu of SVR Realty LLC and his teammate Timothy Horvath of Bold City Property Management 11-5 in the final round.
Twenty-three spectators turned out to cheer on the competitors. Food from the Village Bread Café food truck and a free drink was offered to all who participated.
