A REALTOR for more than 20 years with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty, Kim Knapp holds at least six designations and appreciates her CRS designation the most. Knapp is also a proud member of NEFAR’s EDGE professional society. Knapp is not into sports, but she does love serving the women in and around her church, important work that she considers her “ministry.” She enjoys spending time with her two children and granddaughter.

Longtime Watson REALTOR® Gonzalo Mejia holds 13 designations including At Home With Diversity (AHWD) and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), which he often teaches at NEFAR. He is also a proud member of NEFAR’s EDGE Professional Society. A native of Peru, Gonzalo loves to travel, play tennis, and read. He graduated from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru with a degree in Industrial Engineering. In sports, Gonzalo favors Alabama. He is married to his partner who is also a REALTOR® and they have two sons.

Tiea opened her own brokerage in 2023. She has been and is currently serving on committees within NEFAR, Florida Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, the local and state Women’s Council of Realtors committees, NARPM on the local and state levels and is an instructor for Florida Realtors. A graduate of the NEFAR, Florida Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors (Leadership 360) Leadership Academies, she has been accepted into the 2025 National Association Leadership Academy program. She has served as a NEFAR, Florida Realtors and NAR Director.

Memory Hopkins has over 40 years of experience in real estate sales, finance, and consulting. She is consistently a top producing real estate consultant and has helped over 1500 clients achieve their goals. With offices in St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, her market encompasses the Northeast Coast of Florida. Memory is one of less than two percent of Realtors internationally, who hold the CIPS Designation. She is a past recipient of the Realtor of the Year award. Memory resides in St. Augustine with her husband. They have two children and four grandchildren.
Mario Gonzalez

Founder, broker, and owner of Navy to Navy Homes, Mario Gonzalez is an EDGE member and holder of 10 designations and is most proud of GRI because he teaches it. A graduate of the US Naval Academy, Mario was a military pilot. He loves to fly. He enjoys camping and was born an Atlanta Braves fan. He tries to support the Jaguars but is disappointed that whenever he watches the games they lose. Mario and his wife have been married more than 20 years. They have three children, two dogs, a ball python, and a tarantula called, “Creepy.”

A native of Jacksonville, Amanda Feagle graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School and the University of Florida. Prior to her real estate career, Amanda held leadership positions with the YMCA and taught Honors Chemistry at Paxon School for Advanced Studies. Amanda joined Watson Realty Corp. as a Sales Associate in 2012 and is the Managing Broker of the Orange Park Office. She is married with one beautiful daughter and enjoys spending time on the water with family and friends.

A graduate of UNF, Carray Young began her career selling foreclosed real estate. Today she is a REALTOR® with NextHome Assurance Realty, she has five designations and her favorite, Gold Key, was earned while becoming an EDGE™ member. When not helping her clients find their dream home, she loves spending time with her son, hiking outdoors, reading, crocheting, painting, and crafts.

He is also an EDGE member. Eric is married and has three children and two grandchildren. His favorite sports teams are the Washington Redskins and Baltimore Ravens.
