Global Business Council’s Taste the Nations Event Highlights Culture, Networking, and Advocacy

Taste the Nations

NEFAR’s Global Business Council brought members together on April 21 for its Realtor Party “Taste the Nations” event, an evening that blended culture, community, and advocacy in a memorable way.

Held as part of NEFAR’s ongoing support of the REALTOR Party, the event invited attendees to experience a variety of international flavors while connecting with fellow REALTORS and industry partners. Stations that served different cuisines representing different countries created an engaging, interactive atmosphere that celebrated global diversity and highlighted the importance of all cultures. NEFAR members dressed in the flags and cultural attire of the nations they were representing while serving the food. The event also included a 360 selfie-station, a dj, and a live vocal performance!

Beyond the cuisine, the event served a larger purpose: all of the money made from ticket sales went towards the REALTOR Party , which plays a key role in advocating for policies that protect property rights and the real estate industry.

The evening was a strong example of how NEFAR councils continue to combine networking, education, and advocacy in creative ways. Attendees left not only with new connections and experiences, but also with a deeper understanding of the global perspective shaping real estate and the importance of investing in the future of the industry.
