Reminder: Two Key Data Integrity Policies Now in Effect
Two important policies—Written Buyer Agreement Requirement and Offers of Compensation Prohibited in MLS—went into effect August 17, 2024. These policies are essential for maintaining a professional and compliant MLS. All MLS Participants must have a written agreement in place before showing a property to a buyer.
