A Smarter, More Flexible Way to Manage Your Listings
The updated Listing Add/Edit experience is now available. Flexmls refers to this as the Listing Maintenance module, but it’s the Listing Add/Edit experience you already know. The update allows you to add and edit listings across PC, tablet and phone, with streamlined navigation, better-organized fields, a smarter responsive form and listing creation and editing through the Flexmls mobile app. Start a listing on your phone, pick it back up on your computer, and keep moving without missing a beat. Your existing listings remain available, and you can add photos at any point during the listing creation process. Visit realmls.com/blog to watch the 5-minute walkthrough and learn more about the updated experience.

Digitally Altered Photos: A Reminder About Transparency
As enhanced and digitally altered listing photos become more common, transparency is more important than ever. Flexmls now offers an optional “Digitally Altered” secondary watermark that Listing Agents and Photographers can use to clearly identify photos that have been digitally modified. realMLS rules require the original, unaltered photo to be uploaded alongside the enhanced version for additional transparency. MLS Rules, the Code of Ethics and applicable license laws also require real estate professionals to avoid misleading consumers. For example, digitally adding a swimming pool to a backyard could create an expectation that the property has a pool when it does not. Use enhanced photos thoughtfully, disclose alterations clearly and make sure your marketing accurately represents the property. Learn more about the “Digitally Altered” watermark on the Flexmls Help Page or visit realmls.com/blog.
