NEFAR's 2026 Florida Realtors Honor Society Members

On Friday May 8, NEFAR hosted its 2026 Fair Housing Luncheon, bringing members together for an impactful afternoon focused on education, professional excellence, and the continued importance of fair housing in the real estate industry.

The program was centered around a keynote address from Richard Swank, Legal Counsel for Florida Realtors, who provided valuable insight into fair housing law, legal considerations, and best practices for REALTORS working to ensure equal housing opportunity for all.

The event also celebrated member achievement through the recognition of NEFAR’s EDGE Society and Florida RealtorsHonor Society members, honoring REALTORS who have demonstrated exceptional engagement, professionalism, and commitment to advancing the association’s mission and the real estate profession.

In addition, the luncheon featured RPAC check presentations recognizing the continued advocacy efforts of the REALTOR community. Checks were presented to Florida Representative Judson Sapp and Senator Jennifer Bradley in support of issues impacting property rights and the real estate industry.

The program also included the coronation of 2026 RPAC Queen Missi Howell, who was recognized for her outstanding fundraising efforts and leadership in generating the highest amount of donations in the annual RPAC King or Queen Contest.

The event underscored NEFAR’s ongoing commitment to fair housing education, member recognition, and advocacy at both the local and state levels, and reinforced the association’s role in supporting a strong, ethical, and informed REALTOR community.
