NEFAR’s Southwest Area Council brought 81 members together for the annual SW All About Clay Lunch & Tradeshow on Aug. 27, featuring local leaders, sponsor connections, networking, giveaways and a raffle benefiting Operation Santa Cause.

The NEFAR 2026 Fair Housing Luncheon brought members together for an afternoon of education, recognition, and advocacy, featuring keynote insights from Florida Realtors Legal Counsel Richard Swank. The event also celebrated EDGE Society and Honor Society members, included RPAC check presentations to Representative Judson Sapp and Senator Jennifer Bradley, and concluded with the coronation of Missi Howell as RPAC Queen for her outstanding fundraising efforts.
