Get ready to cruise the scenic waters of the St. Johns and Trout Rivers for a one-of-a-kind real estate experience. On Monday, May 12, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, NEFAR’s Northside Area Council invites members to board the Northside Fantastic Voyage. This experience is a riverboat real estate tour launching from the Bert Maxwell Boat Ramp in Jacksonville.

In collaboration with St. Johns Riverkeeper and Councilwoman Ju’Coby Pittman of District 10, this unique event offers a fresh perspective on local real estate directly from the water. It’s an incredible opportunity to network, learn, and explore the potential of waterfront properties with guidance from local leadership.
