428: What I Found When I Started Looking At Every Expense

From taking over our bookkeeping to replacing our business credit card, these changes prompted me to ask better questions about where our money was going. I’ll share real examples, how I used ChatGPT to help evaluate services, and why checking your current plan before making a change matters, too.
Along the way, this became about more than saving money. It became a reminder to be an active participant in my business (and my life) and to notice where familiar routines no longer fit.
