Building a Better Brokerage: The Hidden Cost of Leadership Drift

Join NEFAR’s Broker Engagement Task Force on Friday, Oct. 23, from 8:30am to 11am at the NEFAR Resource Center for the final installment of this year’s four-part Building a Better Brokerage series.

Guest speaker Spencer Combs will explore the hidden financial impact of indecision and unintentional leadership drift, helping broker-owners identify costly patterns and make more intentional business decisions. Attendees will calculate their own “Drift Tax,” gain insight into their leadership habits and leave with a concrete action to implement within 30 days. A complimentary leadership assessment and breakfast will also be provided. This session is exclusively for brokers and office managers.
