Upcoming Policy Update: New Listing Options for Sellers in realMLS realMLS is preparing for the local implementation of NAR’s Multiple Options for Sellers Policy, designed to give sellers greater flexibility in marketing their properties—while upholding fair housing through equal access to listing information.
realMLS already offers options like Coming Soon, Seller’s Waiver, and IDX Opt-Out. This new implementation introduces additional listing pathways, backed by our updated Multiple Listing Options for Sellers Disclosure.
