It was an evening full of “collaboration and camaraderie,” one where members of NEFAR’s Young Professionals Network were able to meet new faces and learn something about apps in the process.
Twenty-four NEFAR members traveled to V Pizza on Fleming Island to join YPN Chairman Danielle Wolbert and Vice Chair Deanna Foerman at its Apps & Apps Networking Mixer on August 8.
Also attending the event were 2024 NEFAR President Rory Dubin and 2024 NEFAR Immediate Past President Diana Galavis.
As the group munched on salad, Bruschetta, and pizza, Jeff Stoneking spoke on the importance of RPAC. Jeremy Cox and Becca Crews of realMLS were featured speakers. They explained the benefits of using the realMLS app. The attendees also took a minute to write down their favorite apps so that the group could discuss each one.
The event was the perfect way participants could better discover online tools to help streamline their processes and enhance their business operations, said Danielle Wolbert, noting that many found the event to be “very beneficial” and suggested it become an annual YPN event. “This was an easy event to put together. It has worked well for the past two years, and we would love to see it expanded upon and continued,” she said.
Riding on the coattails of this very successful event, YPN hopes everyone will take advantage of its next event on Tuesday, October 1 – a Clay Shoot and Cornhole Tournament to benefit the REALTOR® Party, which it will host alongside NEFAR’s Northside Council.
