Coveted CRB designation courses offered at NEFAR

For the first time ever, the NEFAR Education Department is offering classes so members can obtain the coveted Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. CRB is one of the oldest and most respected designations in the industry.

NEFAR will offer three CRB electives in 2023: Recruiting for Success – Creating a Vibrant Real Estate Organization, The Firm Rules: Company Policies to Mitigate Risk; and Performance Leadership – Coach, Manage, & Mentor. CRB classes are rarely offered in Florida or even throughout the country and less than 3% of all real estate professionals have earned the certification, which greatly enhances the professional skills of those serving in real estate management, such as brokers, owners and managers.

Created to elevate professional standards and enhance individual and office performance, CRB designees are proven leaders and are among the most effective, efficient, and profitable in the industry.

To receive the designation, complete all CRB program requirements within four (4) years of enrolling (starting with the date of the first CRB course or submission of application form). BONUS! Earning the C-RETS certification also serves as a fast-track to attain the CRB Designation! Learn more here.

Upon designation, your first 12 months of membership is on the Real Estate Business Institute! CLICK HERE for details on designation renewal and how the first payment after the first 12 months may be pro-rated depending upon your designation month.

NEFAR’s CRB classes will help participants get a good start on obtaining the CRB credential.
