June Vendor Spotlight: Rayse – Introducing RAE (Rayse Assistant Engine)
For June, realMLS is spotlighting Rayse and its powerful new enhancement, RAE (Rayse Assistant Engine).

Changes Coming to realMLS Listing Options
realMLS is implementing important updates and additions to Listing Options designed to provide greater flexibility for sellers while maintaining clear guidelines and consistent data practices across the marketplace.
Beginning June 15, Coming Soon listings will be eligible for syndication and IDX data feeds, including participating consumer websites, broker and agent websites, and Flexmls Email Subscriptions. Agents will also be able to make price changes while a listing is in Coming Soon status, and the system will automatically include “Coming Soon – No Showings” in the Public Remarks section.
Important: Current Coming Soon listings that should not be distributed to public-facing websites must have their distribution settings updated by June 10. If public distribution is intended, no action is required.
A future phase will introduce Office Exclusive Listings, a new listing option that complies with the Clear Cooperation Policy while providing sellers with additional marketing flexibility. Office Exclusive Listings will be visible only to the listing brokerage and realMLS staff and will not be distributed through IDX, syndication, or Flexmls Email Subscription feeds.
These enhancements expand the listing options available through realMLS, helping agents better align marketing strategies with seller preferences while supporting a transparent, cooperative, and data-driven marketplace.

Annual MLS Fees Due June 30
Annual realMLS fees were posted to individual MLS accounts in May and are due by June 30, 2026.
To ensure uninterrupted access to your realMLS services, please make sure your payment is received by June 30. Accounts with outstanding balances after this date are subject to a $50 late fee.
To pay your fees, visit the realMLS Customer Portal, log in using your Member ID and the last four digits of your Social Security number, select View and Pay, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your transaction.
