Please join us in celebrating the 24 real estate professionals who earned their Platinum Key Certification (PKC) – Excellence in Professionalism on June 4, 2026!
This historic class marks the first group at NEFAR to achieve this distinguished broker-level credential since the Excellence in Professionalism program began with the Gold Key Certification in 2021.
Led by instructor Cynthia DeLuca, the eight-hour course provided advanced training in brokerage management, risk management, budgeting, employment issues, escrow procedures, and leadership development.
The Platinum Key Certification (PKC), originally developed by Orlando Regional REALTOR Association (ORRA), is the next level in the Excellence in Professionalism series. This prestigious credential demonstrates a broker’s commitment to the highest standards of professionalism, customer service, and brokerage operations—helping build trust with both consumers and fellow real estate professionals.
A special thank you to Rory Dubin for helping bring the Platinum Key program to NEFAR and expanding broker-level education opportunities for our members. We also want to recognize Rory and Beverly Silver Foxx Carr, who earned their Platinum Key Certifications through ORRA prior to the program’s launch at NEFAR.
