Friendsgiving Lunch with Mandarin & St. Johns – Celebrate, Connect & Give Back

Give thanks and give back at the Mandarin and St. Johns Area Councils Friendsgiving Lunch on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 12 to 2 p.m. at the Marywood Retreat and Conference Center.

Enjoy a delicious Thanksgiving-themed lunch along the scenic St. Johns River, with great food, good company, and plenty of gratitude. Attendees will celebrate sponsors, connect with colleagues, and support the Mandarin Food Bank through a $5 donation and non-perishable food contributions.

Seating is limited—reserve your spot early and celebrate the season of gratitude with your NEFAR friends and colleagues!

Alexa Gonzalez is the Communications Coordinator at NEFAR. A native of South Florida, Alexa moved to Jacksonville in 2021 to pursue her Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from the University of North Florida, where she graduated from in December 2024. In her free time, she enjoys scoping out local coffee shops for the best chai lattes, reading, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her fiance and two cats, Venom and Gwen (both named after her love for Spiderman).
