NEFAR’s Ponte Vedra Area Council held a quarterly breakfast to discuss The Probate Puzzle: The Top 15 Probate Issues Every Realtor Needs to Know. Guest speaker Al Nicoletti discussed adverse listing situations and how his firm can overcome challenges with closing.
Members were able to learn how to identify probate red flags early, avoid common transaction pitfalls, better understand timelines, and understand when probate or title issues may require legal intervention.
