NEFAR members attended the Annual Fall Business Meeting that featured a special presentation from local historian Wayne Wood. Attendees learned about Jacksonville’s history through the lens of real estate, architecture and neighborhood development.
Wood took attendees on a journey through Jacksonville’s past, sharing stories of the people, places and developments that have helped shape the city and communities throughout Northeast Florida. The presentation offered REALTORS® a deeper appreciation for the neighborhoods they serve, the stories behind the places their clients call home and the forces that have influenced growth, property values and neighborhood identity across the region.
