June is National Homeownership Month, which is a time when the Northeast Florida community – as well as the nation — recognizes the value of homeownership and the positive impact it has on families, the region, and the nation’s economy.
For the entire month of July REALTORS® from throughout Northeast Florida and their community partners will be working to make sure Florida’s waterways remain in pristine condition.
The Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®’ (NEFAR) Board of Directors announced its slate of endorsed candidates for the primary election.
Due to recent legislative changes, certain documents recorded into the official record of counties throughout Northeast Florida will soon be required to include the postal address of each witness.
Northeast Florida REALTORS® make a significant impact by donating over $370,000 to local charities in 2023, including a Pack-a-Thon event that provided 76,126 meals to families in need.
In November 2023, Jacksonville’s housing market saw typical holiday trends: a 14.5% drop in closed sales, a rise in median home prices to $390,280, and increased inventory. Higher interest rates contributed to the market slowdown.
