2027 Candidates
The Nominating Committee has recommended the following slate of candidates for members to consider during NEFAR’s election of officers and directors for 2027.
REALTOR members will be able to cast their vote by logging into their NEFAR Member Portal from 8:00 am Monday, June 29, 2026, through 5:00 pm Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Specifics detailing the steps in the voting process can be found here. The voting results will be announced to the membership on Friday, July 3, 2026, by email notice to all REALTOR members.

NEFAR Officers
The following candidates were nominated to serve the respective NEFAR Officer positions for a one year term and are running uncontested.
NEFAR Directors
Only one Director seat is available this cycle. The following candidate was nominated to serve on the NEFAR Board of Directors for a two year term and is running uncontested.
NAR Large Association Directors
There are only two seats available this cycle, each serving a three year term.
All candidates for NEFAR’s NAR Large Association Director positions were interviewed and vetted by the Nominating Committee and meet NAR submission requirements. Because the number of qualified applicants exceeded the available seats, REALTOR® members will determine which candidates fill NEFAR’s allotted positions through the election process. In accordance with NAR guidelines, no NEFAR member may serve more than two consecutive three-year terms.
realMLS Directors
Only one Director seat is available this cycle. The following candidate was nominated to represent NEFAR on the realMLS Board of Directors for a three year term and is running uncontested.
