Registration Process

Room Reservation & Initial Deposit

To get started we will require a $250 deposit for each room you wish to reserve.

  • Click the “Book Your Cruise Today!” button above or by clicking here.
  • When prompted login using your NEFAR member information.
  • Select the room option(s) you want by changing the “Number of Attendees” field” to 1.
    • Please ignore the “Attendees” label. Due to limitations in our booking system, we are not able to customize the form specifically for this unique scenario. This part of the process is strictly to select the type of room you wish to reserve for you and your guest and to make the deposit. Required traveler/guest information will be submitted on a registration form sent seperately in Step 2.
    • If you require more than one room or need a room for more than 2 people please contact Roland Navarro (RNavarro@nefar.realtor)
  • After selecting your room, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts for payment.

IMPORTANT: Rates are charged per room, not per person, and there is no discount for single occupancy. If you are sharing a room, payment arrangements must be handled between you and your roommate. NEFAR will not collect separate payments from each person in a shared room. One person must submit the deposit and payment for the room. Registration details for both occupants will be collected after the initial deposit is paid.

Registration Information

After the deposit for your room has been paid, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to the registration form. This form allows us to collect all required traveler information that must be submitted to Carnival Cruise Lines.

  • Complete all required fields for both you and your guest

  • If you do not have a guest, skip the Guest 2 fields

  • Review and agree to the Booking and Travel Terms and Conditions

  • Submit the form

Once your form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email verifying that your information has been received.

Final Payment

After you submit your registration information and pay the initial deposit, an invoice for the remaining balance will be posted to your NEFAR account and can be paid at your convenience.

  • Final payment is due on or before July 10, 2026 (which includes the balance and all applicable taxes and fees).
  • A reminder email will be sent for any unpaid balances.

IMPORTANT: Guests booking the cruise after June 4, 2026 will be required to pay in full at time of booking. It is the responsibility of the Guests to make payments on time. Failure to make payment by due date may result in cancellation without refund.

Must reserve your room and make final payment by July 12, 2026

Frequently Asked Questions

To receive the benefits and access associated with NEFAR’s group cruise package, you must book through NEFAR. These group benefits include items such as the private welcome reception with complimentary drinks and appetizers, pre-paid gratuities as well as access to education programming and other amenities negotiated specifically for NEFAR attendees.

Guests who book outside of NEFAR, whether through a travel agent, third-party website, or rewards points program, are not considered part of NEFAR’s official group booking. Because of that, they will not be eligible for the pre-negotiated group perks. They may still be allowed to attend education sessions if space is available, but access is not guaranteed and any associated fee would be billed separately by NEFAR.

The NEFAR At Sea Cruise will take place October 9-12, 2026, and will sail from Port Canaveral, Florida.

The listed cruise rate includes:

  • Stateroom.
  • Free drinks (including full bar) and appetizers during a private welcome reception on the first night.
  • Welcome baskets/gifts.
  • Education class fee and automatic inclusion in any official NEFAR group activities.
  • Prepaid gratuities.
  • All applicable taxes and fees.

The cruise fare does not include transportation to and from the port, shore excursions, travel insurance, specialty dining, internet, spa services, or personal purchases such as laundry, gift shop items, or phone calls. These can be added separately through Carnival after you receive your booking information and complete online check-in.

We are still finalizing the details of the educational programming for the cruise, so CE credit may or may not be available. Either way, the cruise will include valuable education sessions, insights, and discussions designed to give attendees useful takeaways they can apply to their business. More details about the education programming will be shared in the coming weeks.

Yes. Non-NEFAR guests are allowed to attend. However, they must be the guest of a NEFAR member. During registration, when completing the information for Guest 2, be sure to select the appropriate option indicating that they are a non-NEFAR member.

Room rates are charged per room, based on double occupancy. There is no reduced rate for single occupancy, so the room cost is the same whether one person or two people stay in the room.

You may reserve up to one room per type (Inside, Window, Balcony) with our system. However if you need to reserve multiple rooms of the same type please reach out to Roalnd Navarro (RNavarro@nefar.realtor).

Larger rooms are possible upon request. Please reach out to Roland Navarro (RNavarro@nefar.realtor).

In most cases, no. NEFAR will not collect separate payments from each person sharing a room. One person should make the payment for the room, and any reimbursement between roommates should be handled privately between those guests. In special circumstances, NEFAR may be able to bill the remaining unpaid balance to another NEFAR member. Guests who need that arrangement should contact Roland Navarro at RNavarro@nefar.realtor to discuss available options.

A $250 deposit per room is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due on or before July 10, 2026. Guests who book after June 4, 2026 must pay in full at the time of booking.

After your deposit is paid, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to the registration form. That form is where you will provide the required information for all guests in your room and review the Booking and Travel Terms and Conditions.

Yes, but deadlines and fees apply. Name changes are permitted until July 10, 2026. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to Roland Navarro at RNavarro@NEFAR.realtor, and any refund will be based on the cancellation schedule outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation fees are based on the date the cancellation request is received:

  • Before July 10, 2026: No penalty

  • July 11 to August 15, 2026: $250 per room

  • August 16 to September 13, 2026: 50% of total cost

  • September 14 to September 26, 2026: 75% of total cost

  • September 27, 2026 through sailing date: No refund

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for cancellations after the cruise has begun.

Not necessarily. Because this is a closed-loop cruise, meaning it begins and ends in the same U.S. port, U.S. citizens are not required to have a passport. However, they must bring acceptable proof of citizenship and government-issued identification (Government certified copy of your Birth Certificate and Government Issued I.D.). Non-U.S. citizens must have a valid passport.

Stateroom assignments are expected to be sent approximately 4 weeks prior to sailing. At that time, guests will also receive their booking number and instructions for completing Carnival’s online check-in, printing boarding documents, signing up for shore excursions, and registering a credit card for onboard purchases.

Should that period pass without NEFAR receiving a valid payment method, NEFAR may elect to resell the stateroom(s) identified with that reservation number to waitlisted customers. Any refund due to the Guest in question would be subject to the Cancellation Policy below and would incur a processing fee assessed by Carnival Cruise Lines. NEFAR can be reached at RNavarro@NEFAR.realtor
