City Planner to Share Jacksonville’s Future at Upcoming Historic Area Council Lunch & Learn Event

The Historic Area Council invites members to a special Lunch & Learn event on May 15th, offering a unique opportunity to hear firsthand about Jacksonville’s growth and future plans. Held from 11am to 1:30 pm at Spruce, located in the heart of historic Murray Hill, the event will feature guest speaker Arimus T. Wells, a city planner with deep insight into the region’s development.

Wells will share updates on current projects shaping Jacksonville today, as well as a preview of what’s to come for the city. Attendees can expect an informative and engaging session, along with a delicious meal.

Set in of one of Jacksonville’s most charming neighborhoods, the Lunch & Learn promises not only valuable information but also a chance to connect with other real estate professionals.
