Requirements for Earning the Designation
To become a CIPS designee, you must:
- Successfully complete 2 Core and 3 Regional CIPS courses
- Submit the CIPS designation application
- Pay the application fee and annual designation dues
- Maintain active REALTOR® membership status with NAR
Only REALTORS® who complete this process and demonstrate global real estate experience can use the CIPS title and logo, giving them a leg up in the profession
