Fair Housing Luncheon

Mark your calendar for NEFAR’s Fair Housing Luncheon, happening Friday, May 2, 2025, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Marriott Jacksonville. This year’s luncheon features a powerful keynote presentation by Dr. Jessica Lautz, Deputy Chief Economist and Vice President of Research at the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

Dr. Lautz will deliver “Addressing the Homeownership Gap,” a compelling talk that dives into who’s buying homes in today’s market, who’s being left behind, and how we can bridge the gap. With her extensive experience in real estate research and policy—plus a history of speaking before Congress—Dr. Lautz brings valuable insights that are not to be missed.

A leading voice in real estate research since 2007, Dr. Lautz is widely recognized for her data-driven insights and compelling analysis. She has testified before Congress and is a regular presence in national media, helping shape the conversation around housing and homeownership. In addition to her doctorate in real estate, she holds multiple advanced degrees in public policy and law.

In addition to this thought-provoking presentation, NEFAR will honor its 2024 Honor Society Members and welcome several new members into the EDGE Professional Society.

Tickets are $10 per person. Space is limited, so click here to register now!
