MMT
We’re excited to announce that RealMailers, the cutting-edge direct mail tool, is live in your MyMMT platform! As this month’s Vendor Spotlight, MyMMT is introducing a seamless way for you to select specific rooftops or addresses and launch hyper-targeted postcard campaigns through RealMailers. Additionally, MyMMT can now be easily accessed from your Launch dashboard. Learn more and register for a training at realmls.com/mmt.
Data Changes
On November 12 Flexmls will update the Pool Features and Homestead fields in Flexmls to improve searching functionality. These updates include:
- A new field, Private Pool Y/N, will be added.
- Listings with “Private” currently selected under Pool Features will automatically be converted to “Yes.”
- Additional Pool Features can be selected only if Private Pool Y/N is marked “Yes.”
- Listings with “Community” selected under Pool Features will automatically convert to Community Pool under Association Amenities.
- Listings with “Private” currently selected under Pool Features will automatically be converted to “Yes.”
- Homestead will move from Special Listing Conditions to a new Homestead Y/N field. No action is needed, as data will convert automatically.

Comprehensive Searches for Buyers
The Coast 2 Coast MLS Data Share was created to remove arbitrary boundaries from MLS Data and allow realMLS customers to search across participating MLSs along the coasts of Florida. Listings from MLSs in the neighborhoods of our Northeast Florida marketplace like Daytona Beach MLS or Space Coast MLS, for example, are available through the data share in your Flexmls account. Keeping the system default selections for the “Data Source” field to include all MLSs will provide your clients the most comprehensive search results. The MLS a listing is sourced from should not determine whether or not your prospective buyer receives a listing from you, as it might be the perfect property for your buyer.
