Through hands-on training, collaborative group work, and independent study, participants will engage in team-building, goal-setting, networking, and communication skill development. This comprehensive experience is designed to foster growth, camaraderie, and a deeper understanding of NEFAR’s role in shaping the future of real estate in our region.
Leadership Academy members will be recognized at the NEFAR Annual Installation and Awards Gala on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront Hotel in downtown Jacksonville. Throughout the year, participants will attend 17 exclusive events, diving deeper into the workings of NEFAR and preparing to lead in the ever-evolving real estate landscape.
Interested in joining? Submit your application to LA@NEFAR.com by 11 p.m., Wednesday, October 9, 2024. Interviews will follow on October 16 (and potentially October 17), scheduled in the order applications are received. There is a $99 application fee due upon acceptance into the academy.
