Local Logic went live in Flexmls on August 1. When on a Listing’s Detail, CLICK on the “MORE” option in the integrations ribbon at the top and you will find “Demographics” and “Points of Interest”. Settlement Practice Changes
realMLS will remove the compensation fields on ALL Listings on August 15. Please check your REMARKS fields for any mention of compensation, including bonuses, and remove this language by August 17. Also beginning on August 17, prior to touring or showing a home, agents will be required to have a written agreement with the buyer. Data Integrity Policy Change
There are TWO NEW Data Integrity Policies to highlight which become effective August 17:
- Compensation will be prohibited on the MLS and any MLS offered service.
- Requirement of a signed Buyers Broker Agreement prior to showing any listing. Audits by the realMLS Team are possible, so please make sure to have a written agreement with all buyers prior to showing/touring properties.
